WHAT IS INCLUDED

• One onboarding 1:1
We begin with a private onboarding call to define what you are building over the next six or twelve months: your papers, grants, positioning, academic decisions, and the shape of your year.

• Monthly cohort advisory
Once a month, we meet for 90 minutes in a small hot-seat format. You bring what is in front of you that month: a journal decision, co-author issue, grant idea, response to reviewers, career move, team question, CV positioning issue, research direction, or strategic decision. The cohort responds. I close. 

• Quarterly 1:1 checkpoints
Every quarter, we meet privately to review the year you are building and make sure your current decisions still match the direction you are trying to create.

• Monthly written review
Once a month, you submit something that needs senior eyes: a manuscript draft, grant introduction, response to reviewers, research statement, tenure dossier, CV, strategic email, positioning document, or another piece of academic work that matters. I mark it up and return written feedback.

• Async advisory thread
You also have access to a private group thread for short questions, voice notes, and in-the-moment triage between calls. This is not unlimited advisory by chat. It is senior-level academic triage when a decision cannot wait until the next call.

• Lifetime access to the academic writing system
You also receive lifetime access to Free Campus, Thesis in 30, Paper in 30, Lit Rev in 7, and AI in Academia. This is included so you have the full academic writing system available whenever you need it.


INVESTMENT

12-Month Engagement - $24,000 (Paid in full)
Monthly option: $2,500/month x 12 = $30,000

Best for researchers building a major academic year: publication trajectory, funding strategy, position transition, leadership move, institute development, or long-term research positioning.

6-Month Engagement - $15,000 (Paid in full)
Monthly option: $2,750/month x 6 = $16,500

Best for researchers working toward a defined milestone: manuscript package, grant deadline, career transition, positioning project, or strategic academic reset.

All prices in USD. Payment is due before the engagement begins.
Once the cohort is full, applications close until the next opening.
